About

Hello there, I’m Katya (she/her), a certified Dynamic Mindfulness, Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and a Full Spectrum Doula.
Yoga has been part of my life since childhood, and over the years it has become not just something I do, but a way I live and share with others.
I help new parents & parents-to-be feel less tired and more present. In my work I focus on simple, accessible movement, nervous system awareness, and supporting people in finding their own way to move mindfully and get to know their bodies through yoga and meditation.
I created this series from both personal and professional experience of how difficult it can be to make space for yourself within life with a baby. Beginning does not require long stretches of uninterrupted time. It simply needs a starting point that can work within your real life.
We're so grateful for Katya, our postpartum doula in Berlin. In those early weeks when everything feels tender and overwhelming she brought a calm, grounded presence that helped both my partner and me feel supported and capable. Her warmth, gentle tone, and deep knowledge (from breastfeeding and newborn care and baby-wearing to mindful, body-based practices for healing) truly shine; she meets you exactly where you are, without judgment. Highly recommended to any family navigating postpartum–her care is steady, human, and deeply reassuring.

Katya gives really great prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. I’ve loved going there during my pregnancy and I’ve been going to the postnatal classes since the birth. I’ve developed a lot of good breathing methods that helped me during labour. I’ve also enjoyed having Katya as a postpartum doula. She came to my place and it felt good to talk about the birth with her and make some gentle movement. I warmly recommend Katya 🥰🥰

Katya is a highly professional yoga trainer and an amazing person. I was attending her prenatal yoga classes the whole pregnancy and her coaching helped me to build the connection to my baby in the very beginning, when I was not feeling like being pregnant, to get rid of the lower back pain and just feel great during this whole journey. I am looking forward to the postnatal classes. Thank you sooo much ❤️
